Levels 7 & 8 Swim LessonsAs your child progresses through swimming lessons, we offer an opportunity to learn at levels 7 & 8 in a Club environment. Level 7 includes building awareness of personal safety in water, introduces continuous swim for 50m and personal survival and reinforces butterfly stroke and varied methods of moving through the water. |

Development SquadThe development squad represents the first step at competitive level. The focus in this squad is a concentrating on honing technique learnt at the Learn-to-Swim level and an introduction to competitive galas. Training is 3 times per week. |

Junior B SquadThis is the transitional level for swimmers who have progressed through the development squad. The focus here is to develop more advanced technique such as tumble turns, stroke ratio and streamlining with an emphasis on fitness. Training is 4 times per week. |

Junior A SquadJunior swimmers are preparing to make the transition to senior level. They commence 2 hour training sessions with the A Squad and are honing their fitness and skills levels in preparation for competing at Division 1 level at Leinster and National Galas. Training is 5 times per week. |

A SquadThese are our most senior swimmers who compete at National level. Their programme focuses on Division 1 National Championships and similar high calibre meets. Selection for the A Squad is strict and is based on age, aptitude, ability, attendance and achievement. Training is 6 times per week. |
